Natural Grocers is one of my go-to places for organic groceries because the quality is consistently reliable. The produce is fresh and well cared for, and I appreciate how easy it is to find clean, responsibly sourced products throughout the store. The supplement section is especially helpful, with staff who are knowledgeable and willing to answer questions without being pushy. The store feels clean and well organized, and prices are reasonable for organic items. It’s a great local market if you value quality ingredients and a more intentional grocery shopping experience.

Natural Grocers is one of my favorite community grocery stops in the Phoenix area, the 100% organic produce and wide range of natural groceries make it easy to find wholesome ingredients for every meal, and I love that they also carry body care, supplements, and eco-friendly household products all in one place. The staff are friendly and helpful, the store feels clean and well-organized, and the commitment to quality and affordable organic options keeps me coming back whenever I want to eat healthier and support local wellness.

I've been a loyal Natural Grocers customer for 10 years, but I’ve been increasingly disappointed by how things are being handled — particularly in Arizona. For one, the pay for employees has only recently gone up to $16 an hour after sitting at $15 for far too long. Meanwhile, the workload keeps increasing. It’s unfair to expect employees to juggle in-person customers, handle change, and answer phones simultaneously. It's chaotic and disrespectful to both staff AND shoppers. Why not let calls go to voicemail when the floor is busy and no manager is available? In today’s tough economy, it’s also disheartening that the store still only offers 50% off items on the day they expire. It feels wasteful and stingy — why throw out food instead of helping your community of brothers and sisters? And let’s be honest — you’re not the only ones offering produce without the Apeel coating. What would really set you apart is if you shared more of your earnings with the hardworking people who make your stores run. Your values say you care. Please show it. Look at the sprouts they want to sell on the day they expire. What a waste. Shame‼️
